Universe

Universe is an installation composed of an illuminated series of glass paintings, enriched with 24-karat gold. The work draws us into the vastness of the universe and invites us to reflect on our place within it.

The installation is inspired by her travels, during which Mikal Brejaart spent days crossing the Sahara. In the nights beneath the expansive star-strewn sky, in the silence of mountains made only of sand, a profound sense of calm arose, along with a deep connection to something greater than ourselves.
